- 1 ½ oz berry vodka (45 mL)
- ½ oz limoncello (15 mL)
- 10 blueberries, muddled
- ¼ teaspoon cane sugar
- ice
Garnish:
- fresh blueberry
- toothpick

- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the berry vodka, limoncello, blueberries, and sugar. Shake for 20 seconds, then strain.
