  • 1 cup fresh spinach (40 g)
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango (80 g)
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple (120 g)
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberry (25 g)
  • 1 cup water (235 mL)
  • 1 small handful blackberry, or blueberry
