Ingredients

for 4 servings

  • 2 cups flour (250 g)
  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cup milk (120 mL)
  • 2 cups italian style breadcrumbs (230 g)
  • 3 medium zucchinis
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • salt
  • parmesan cheese
  • ranch dressing, for dipping

Preparation
