Frosted Nuts

Ingredients

for 4 servings

  • 4 cups walnuts (400 g)
  • 2 egg whites
  • ½ cup sugar (100 g)
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the walnuts are crystallized.
  5. Cool completely.
