Fudgy Choco-Chip Cookies

Ingredients

for 3 servings

  • ½ cup butter (115 g), cold
  • ½ cup dark brown sugar (100 g)
  • ¼ cup sugar (50 g)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ⅓ cups flour (165 g)
  • ¼ cup milk powder (30 g)
  • ⅓ teaspoon baking soda
  • ⅓ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (175 g)

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. While mixing, add eggs, one-by-one.
  2. Next, add dry ingredients. Once combined, stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Shape cookie dough into round balls (each the size of a golf ball) and refrigerate the dough overnight.
