Fudgy Flourless Protein Brownies

Ingredients

for 8 servings

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup organic cacao powder (60 g)
  • 1 scoop dark chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chip

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a loaf pan and set aside.
  2. In a food processor, blend the bananas, egg, cocoa powder and protein
  3. Powder. Transfer mixture into loaf pan.
  4. Evenly add the chocolate chips on top of the mixture
  5. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing. Then serve!
