Glazed Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 ½ teaspoons light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon McCormick® ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 12 oz brussels sprouts (340 g), halved
  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar, salt, McCormick® Ground Black Pepper, McCormick® Garlic Powder, and melted butter.
  3. In a medium bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts and shallot with the spice paste until well coated, then spread in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the Brussels sprouts for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
  5. Serve warm.
  6. Enjoy!
