Go-To French Fries With Avocado Oil

Ingredients

for 10 servings

  • 5 russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. Peel potatoes and cut them into sticks (french fry shape). Place in a bowl.
  2. Pour avocado oil into the same bowl and mix until potatoes are coated in oil.
  3. Sprinkle salt to taste into the same bowl and mix well.
  4. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 350°F or until golden brown.
  5. Serve.
  6. Enjoy!
