- ¼ cup fresh spinach (50 g)
- ⅓ cup natural yogurt (75 g)
- ⅓ cup coconut water (75 mg)
- 1 tablespoon honey

Preparation
- Throw all of the ‘base’ ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth.
