  • ½ kiwi
  • ¼ avocado
  • ¼ cup fresh spinach (50 g)
  • ⅓ cup natural yogurt (75 g)
  • ⅓ cup coconut water (75 mg)
  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • raspberry, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut, to taste
  • hazelnut, to taste
  • sunflower seed, to taste
  • blueberry, to taste
  • yogurt, to taste
