Hasselback Steak

This recipe is for a steak that's been cut in a Hasselback style, with thin slices cut into it to create a fan-like effect. The steak is then seasoned and grilled to perfection, resulting in a beautifully cooked and flavorful dish.

  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 cups mushroom (150 g), quartered

  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. On a cutting board, season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper.
