Healthy Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients

for 12 servings

  • ¾ cup nut butter (170 g)
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt (60 g), 2%
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup organic cacao powder (35 g), plus 2 tablespoon
  • ½ cup coconut sugar (100 g)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips (45 g), optional

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the nut butter, yogurt, eggs, cacao powder, sugar, maple syrup and baking soda. The dough should be very thick.
  3. Spoon into a greased baking tray and cook for 20-22 minutes (I like mine a little uncooked so they are a bit gooey).
  4. Slice and serve.
