Healthy Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

for 10 servings

  • 8 oz
    reduced fat cream cheese (225 g)
  • ¼ cup
    nonfat greek yogurt (70 g)
  • 2 cups
    canned artichoke heart, drained and chopped (335 g)
  • 2 cups
    frozen spinach (310 g)
  • 1 cup
    low fat mozzarella cheese (100 g)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a slow cooker and stir until combined
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours, or until all cheese is melted
  3. Enjoy!
