Healthy Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

for 10 servings

  • 8 oz (225 g) reduced fat cream cheese
  • ¼ cup (70 g) nonfat greek yogurt
  • 2 cups (335 g) canned artichoke heart, drained and chopped
  • 2 cups (310 g) frozen spinach
  • 1 cup (100 g) low fat mozzarella cheese

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a slow cooker and stir until combined
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours, or until all cheese is melted
  3. Enjoy!
