- 2 cups frozen pitaya (330 g)
- 1 cup frozen mango (165 g)
- 6 frozen strawberries
- ½ fresh banana
- 1 ½ cups milk of choice (360 mL)
- 5 fresh strawberries
- 1 cup diced mangoes (165 g)
- ½ cup shredded coconut (50 g)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Preparation
- In a blender, add frozen pitaya, frozen mango, frozen strawberries, and fresh banana. Add milk of choice and blend until texture is a soft-serve consistency.
