Healthy Smoothie Bowl: Pitaya Bowl: Island Time

Ingredients

for 1 serving

  • 2 cups frozen pitaya (330 g)
  • 1 cup frozen mango (165 g)
  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • ½ fresh banana
  • 1 ½ cups milk of choice (360 mL)
  • 5 fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup diced mangoes (165 g)
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (50 g)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Preparation

  1. In a blender, add frozen pitaya, frozen mango, frozen strawberries, and fresh banana. Add milk of choice and blend until texture is a soft-serve consistency.
  2. Pour smoothie into bowl and add fresh strawberries, mango, coconut, and chia seeds on top.
  3. Enjoy!
