  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ clove garlic
  • 3 cups milk (710 mL)
  • 1 cup chicken stock (240 mL)
  • 1 cup broccoli (250 g), finely chopped
  • 1 baguette
