Homemade Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients

for 30 servings

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tea glass granualted sugar
  • 1 tea glass vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 cups flour (250 g)
  • 1 package vanilla
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (110 g), (to cover the cookies)

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar. When the sugars melt and the color of the mixture turns off-white, add oil and mix it a little more.
  2. Sift cocoa, vanilla, baking powder and flour and add to the mixture. Mix with a spatula until the ingredients are combined. The consistency of the dough will be runny compared to cookie dough and will look more like brownie dough.
  3. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  4. Take out the rested cookie dough. Break off walnut-sized balls from the dough and shape them into tiny balls.
  5. Cover your cookies with powdered sugar. Place the cracked cookies covered with powdered sugar in the tray on which you laid greaseproof paper.
  6. Bake in a preheated 350°F degree oven for about 10 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
