Homemade Pad Thai

Ingredients

for 2 servings

  • flat rice noodle
  • 5 green onions
  • 1 block tofu, sliced
  • bean sprout
  • fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup fish sauce (60 mL)
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce (80 mL)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ⅓ cup tamarind paste (75 g)
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • ⅓ cup organic peanut butter (80 g)

Preparation

  1. Sear tofu in a pan. Once seared on both sides, add remaining ingredients and let simmer until sauce thickens
  2. Serve warm.
