Ingredients

for 2 servings

  • 1 ½ cups coffee (360 mL), brewed, cooled
  • ½ cup half & half (120 mL)
  • ⅓ cup chocolate chips (60 g), plus more, crushed for topping
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 coffee beans
  • whipped cream, for topping

Preparation

  1. Pour the coffee into an ice cube tray. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  2. Add the coffee ice cubes, half and half, chocolate chips, sugar, and coffee beans to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and crushed chocolate chips.
