Kentucky Gumbo

Ingredients

for 5 servings

  • 1 lb ground beef (455 g)
  • 1 box tuna helper
  • ¾ cup milk (180 mL)
  • 1 can manwich sauce
  • salt and pepper mix, to taste

Preparation

  1. Fry ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain grease and add milk to the cooked meat.
  2. Add noodles from tuna helper, and dispose of the sauce packet.
  3. Stir milk, noodles and meat until the noodles are warm and well cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Drain excess liquid and add Manwich sauce
  5. Simmer until liquid is reduced and serve!
  6. Enjoy!
