- 1 cup wholewheat noodles (60 g), cooked
- 1 tablespoon garlic puree
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes
- ½ teaspoon fennel seeds
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup sesame oil (60 g)

Preparation
- Add all the ingredients, except the noodles and oil to a large heatproof bowl
- Heat the oil in a pan til smoking
- Pour the oil over the ingredients, it'll sizzle! Whisk together
- Toss through the noodles until nicely coated
- Put into your favourite bowl and top with peanuts, parsley & pickled ginger
