for 1 serving

  • 1 cup wholewheat noodles (60 g), cooked
  • 1 tablespoon garlic puree
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • ½ teaspoon fennel seeds
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup sesame oil (60 g)

Optional toppings:

  • peanut
  • fresh parsley
  • pickled ginger

  1. Add all the ingredients, except the noodles and oil to a large heatproof bowl
  2. Heat the oil in a pan til smoking
