  • 3 slices cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup bacon (55 g), chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Spread mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Add 1 slice of cheddar cheese to one slice of bread.
  3. Add bacon on top of cheese.
  4. Add additional cheddar cheese slices on top of bacon.
  5. Add jalapeños on top of cheese.
  6. On low heat, add sandwich to a pan and grill mayo side down.
  7. Grill for 3–5 minutes or until cheese melts and bread browns.
