- 2 slices brioche bread
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mac 'n' cheese (200 g)
- 1 slice tomato
- ½ cup caramelized onions (75 g)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Preparation
- Spread mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
- Add the slice of cheddar cheese to one slice of bread.
- Add even layer of mac ‘n’ cheese on top of cheese.
- Add tomato on top of mac ‘n’ cheese.
- Add onions on top of tomato.
- On low heat, add sandwich to a pan and grill mayo side down.
- Grill for 3–5 minutes or until cheese melts and bread browns.
