Ingredients

for 1 serving

  • 2 slices brioche bread
  • 1 slice swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup bacon (55 g), chopped
  • 1 slice tomato
  • ¼ cup caramelized onions (35 g)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Spread mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Add a slice of Swiss cheese to one slice of bread.
  3. Add bacon on top of cheese.
  4. Add tomato on top of bacon.
  5. Add onions on top of tomatoes.
  6. On low heat, add sandwich to a pan and grill mayo side down.
  7. Grill for 3–5 minutes or until cheese melts and bread browns.
