Loaded Pulled Pork Nachos

Loaded Pulled Pork Nachos

Ingredients

for 3 servings

  • ½ cup pulled pork (125 g), marinated
  • 2 large bags Doritos
  • sliced pickled jalapeño, to taste
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (100 g), grated
  • salsa, or sour cream, or guacamole (optional)

Preparation

  1. Cook pulled pork according to package directions.
  2. Add half of the nachos to the bottom of a baking dish. Top with pulled pork, jalapenos, and grated cheese, then top with the remaining nachos.
  3. Bake for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is nicely melted. If desired, garnish with salsa, sour cream, and/or guacamole.
  4. Serve.
