Mac & Cheese Pasta

Ingredients

for 1 serving

  • 1 cup milk (240 mL)
  • ¼ cup water (60 mL)
  • salt and pepper, a pinch
  • fresh basil, a pinch
  • 1 ½ cups pasta (300 g)
  • ½ cup tomato sauce (130 g)
  • ½ cup cheese (50 g), your choice

Preparation

  1. Pour the milk and water into a small pot on low heat and mix until it starts to bubble. Then, add in salt, pepper & basil and stir.
