  • 1 orange, juice
  • ½ grapefruit, juiced
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ⅓ cup frozen mango chunks (50 g)
  • ⅓ cup frozen pineapple chunks (50 g)
  • 1 fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup frozen cantaloupe chunks

For Garnish

  • grapefruit, sliced
  • unsweetend coconut flake
  • pomegranate seed
  • strawberry, sliced

Preparation
