Ingredients
for 10 servings
For the dressing:
- ⅓ cup olive oil (80 mL)
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- paprika, sprinkle
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- lime zest
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic
For the salsa:
- 1 bell pepper, green, orange and red, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño, (seeded or deseeded), diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 mangoes, diced
- 1 can black beans, drain the juice
