Ingredients

  • 6 oz
    tomato paste (170 g)
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon
    garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon
    onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon
    cumin
  • 1 tablespoon
    chili powder
  • 2 chipotle peppers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons
    masa harina
  • 1 tablespoon
    dark cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon
    almond butter
  • 1 cup
    chicken broth (240 mL)

Preparation

  1. In a large mason jar, combine the tomato paste, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chile powder, chipotle peppers, masa harina, dark cocoa powder, almond butter, and chicken broth. Shake to combine.
  2. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
  3. Add to a hot pan with food as you wish!
