  • ½ cup scallions (50 g), minced
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • ½ cup sugar (50 g)
  • 1 cup soy sauce (240 mL)
  • ½ cup mirin (120 mL)
  • ½ cup sake (120 mL)

Preparation

  1. In a large mason jar, combine the sesame oil, scallions, garlic, ginger, sesame seeds, sugar, soy sauce, mirin, and sake. Shake to combine.
