Ingredients

  • 1 cup
    peanut butter (240 g)
  • 1 tablespoon
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon
    ginger, minced
  • 2 teaspoons
    fish sauce
  • ½ cup
    soy sauce (120 mL)
  • ½ cup
    scallion, chopped (50 g)
  • 2 tablespoons
    sriracha
  • 1 cup
    water (240 mL)

Preparation

  1. In a large mason jar, combine the peanut butter, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, soy sauce, scallions, Sriracha, and water. Shake to combine.
  2. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
  3. Add to a hot pan with food as you wish!
  4. Enjoy!
