Methi Paneer


for 5 servings

  • 1 block paneer
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 green chiles
  • oil, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • ½ cup coconut milk (120 mL)
  • 1 pinch kasuri methi, dried fenugreek leaves

  1. Scramble paneer.
  2. Chop onions and green chiles.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan, add jeera, onions, chiles. Fry.
  4. Add scrambled paneer, salt, and turmeric. Mix.
  5. Add coconut milk. Mix gently, cover, and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until your desired consistency.
  6. Turn off heat, nicely crush the kasuri methi leaves with your palms on the paneer.
  7. Mix and Enjoy!
