- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- ⅓ lb ground chorizo (150 g)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 hamburger buns
Toppings
- 3 oz manchego cheese (85 g), sliced
- ½ cup guacamole (130 g)
- ⅓ cup pico de gallo (70 g)
- ⅓ cup cotija cheese (35 g)
- ¼ cup sour cream (60 g)
