Ingredients
for 16 servings
- 2 cups sweet basil leaves (80 g)
- 1 cup italian parsley (40 g)
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup olive oil (60 mL)
- 2 oz preserved lemon (55 g), chopped
- ¼ teaspoon ground toasted cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground toasted coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- jalapeño, chopped
- ½ cup cashews (75 g), toasted
- ½ teaspoon salt
