  • 8 oz whipped cream (240 mL), or whipped
  • sprinkles, for garnish, optional

Ganache (optional)

  • ⅓ cup heavy cream (80 mL)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (175 g)

Preparation

  1. Make the pudding bars: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into an even layer in the prepared baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator while you make the pudding.
