- 1 ½ cups pitted date (255 g), chopped
- 1 cup raisin (150 g)
- ⅓ cup almond butter (80 g)
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup rolled oats (100 g)

Preparation
