  • 1 cup dry oat (100 g)
  • ¼ cup almond butter (60 g)
  • ¼ cup honey (85 g)
  • ¼ cup raisin (35 g)
  • ¼ cup chopped pecan (30 g)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • salt, to taste, optional
