- 1 lb pork loin (455 g)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup asparagus (125 g), trimmed and cut
- 1 cup red pepper (100 g), diced
Stir-Fry Sauce
- ½ cup soy sauce (120 mL)
- ¼ cup honey (85 g)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed

Preparation
