Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork loin (455 g)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup asparagus (125 g), trimmed and cut
  • 1 cup red pepper (100 g), diced

Stir-Fry Sauce

  • ½ cup soy sauce (120 mL)
  • ¼ cup honey (85 g)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed

Preparation

  1. Mix together all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

  5. Cook until meat is cooked through and veggies are soft.
  6. Serve over rice or alone.
