Ingredients

for 8 servings

  • 1 lb farfalle pasta (425 g), cooked according to package instructions
  • 8 slices black forest ham, diced
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese, diced
  • ½ cup fresh spinach (20 g), chopped
  • ⅓ cup bell pepper (35 g), diced
  • ¼ medium red onion, diced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (120 g)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • ¼ cup heavy cream (60 mL)
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation
