Ingredients

- ¼ cup softened butter (55 g)
- ¼ cup honey (85 g)
- ¼ teaspoon McCormick® Paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 peaches, cut into quarters and pit discarded
- 4 slices bread, 3/4 in (2 cm) crusty, lightly toasted tarragon leaves, for garnish, optional
- flaky sea salt, for garnish
Preparation
- Mix together butter, honey, McCormick Paprika, and salt until well combined. Set aside.
- Heat grill pan over high heat. Brush peaches with oil and place peach quarters, flesh-side down, on the pan. Grill until grill marks appear. Turn peaches to grill the other side
- Spread honey butter on bread. Layer on peaches. Garnish with tarragon leaves and flaky salt.
