  • ¼ cup softened butter (55 g)
  • ¼ cup honey (85 g)
  • ¼ teaspoon McCormick® Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 peaches, cut into quarters and pit discarded
  • 4 slices bread, 3/4 in (2 cm) crusty, lightly toasted tarragon leaves, for garnish, optional
  • flaky sea salt, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Mix together butter, honey, McCormick Paprika, and salt until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Heat grill pan over high heat. Brush peaches with oil and place peach quarters, flesh-side down, on the pan. Grill until grill marks appear. Turn peaches to grill the other side
  3. Spread honey butter on bread. Layer on peaches. Garnish with tarragon leaves and flaky salt.
  4. Enjoy!
