Ingredients

- 4 red chilis
- 1 fresh ginger, 1 inch (2.5 cm)
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ cup roasted peanut
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- 1 teaspoon aamchur powder, or a small bit of tamarind
- salt, to taste
- water, as needed
