Ingredients

for 1 serving

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (120 mL)
  • ¼ cup old fashion oat (25 g)
  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt (120 g)
  • ¾ cup frozen mango (110 g)
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple (75 g)
  • ¾ cup frozen strawberry (110 g)

Toppings:

  • strawberry
  • kiwi
  • banana
  • granola
