Ingredients
for 3 servings
- 4 oz prawn (115 g), cleaned and washed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 bell peppers, (1 green, 1 red)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 large onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups rice (400 g)

Preparation
- In a pan, heat 1 tb oil. When hot, fry the onion until soft.
- Add the garlic and fry for a minute.
- Add the prawns and fry until they turn pink.

- Add the rice, soy sauce and salt, and mix well. Cover and let cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
