Prawn Fried Rice

Ingredients

for 3 servings

  • 4 oz prawn (115 g), cleaned and washed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 bell peppers, (1 green, 1 red)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups rice (400 g)

Preparation

  1. In a pan, heat 1 tb oil. When hot, fry the onion until soft.
  2. Add the garlic and fry for a minute.
  3. Add the prawns and fry until they turn pink.
  4. Add the peppers and fry for a minute or until peppers are tender.
  5. Add the rice, soy sauce and salt, and mix well. Cover and let cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
