Ingredients
for 12 servings
- 3 cups sprouted precooked grains and beans (540 g)
- stir friend veggy, such as peppers, diced squash, and lamb’s quarters
- 3 eggs
- 1 tube turkey sausage, diced

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 405°F.
- In a bowl, mix grains, beans, eggs, and sausage. Season as desired.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Grease a medium pan, about 12” wide and long.
- Spread out meatloaf on the pan, and cook for 35 minutes.
- Serve warm.
