Quick 25-Minute Scalloped Potatoes

  • 1 bag frozen hash brown
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup onion (150 g), sautéed
  • 1 cup milk (240 mL)
  • 1 pinch garlic
  • salt and pepper mix, to taste
  • cheddar cheese, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients and place in an oven-safe baking or casserole dish.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes then remove from oven.
  4. Sprinkle the potatoes with cheddar cheese and place back in the oven for five minutes, until melted.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
