Quick Kale Chips

Ingredients

for 1 serving

  • 1 bunch kale
  • ½ teaspoon himalayan sea salt
  • ½ cup olive oil (120 mL), pressed
  • clover honey, drizzled

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Wash and cut a bunch of kale.
  3. Separate pieces onto a cookie sheet.
  4. Combine olive oil, honey and sea salt.
  5. Drizzle onto kale leaves.
  6. Put in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
