  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
