Ingredients

- ½ cup persian cucumber (70 g), peeled and chopped
- 6 oz rose tea (170 mL), room temperature
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar, to taste
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 4 cucumber ribbons
- ice, for serving
- Stella Rosa® Moscato Rosé, chilled

Preparation
- Place the chopped cucumber, rose tea, agave nectar, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and muddle until the cucumber is broken down into a pulp.
- Fill two rocks glasses with ice, then nestle the cucumber ribbons against the inside of the glass.
- Strain the cucumber mixture between the glasses, then fill each glass with Stella Rosa® Moscato Rosé. Serve immediately.
