Salmon Patty Bowl

Ingredients

for 1 serving

  • 2 handfuls mixed greens salad
  • ¼ cup chickpeas (60 g)
  • ¼ cup roasted broccoli (40 g)
  • 1 salmon burger, air fried
  • ¼ cup grape tomatoes (50 g), sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle cauliflower dip

Preparation
