Salmon "Spaghetti" Agilo E Olio

Ingredients

for 2 servings

  • 1 lb salmon (425 g), skinned
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ shallot, sliced
  • fresh parsley, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • nutritional yeast, to taste
