Simple Kale Chips

Ingredients

for 3 servings

  • 1 bag kale
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Spread the kale out on a cookie sheet covered with tin foil. Try to remove all stems.
  3. Mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder until well combined.
  4. Toss the kale in the olive oil mixture until fully coated.
  5. Bake the seasoned kale for 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  6. Enjoy!
