S’mores Bars

Ingredients

for 12 bars

  • 1 cup
    mini marshmallows, divided (50 g)
  • 2 tablespoons
    butter (30 g)
  • 3 cups
    wheat cereal (100 g)
  • 1 cup
    graham cracker, chopped (90 g)
  • 2 bars chocolate, chopped, plus more to top

Preparation

  1. Microwave ½ of the marshmallows and butter in a bowl, stirring every 15 seconds, until fully melted.
  2. Add cereal and graham crackers into the bowl and mix until well coated. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  3. Add the chopped chocolate bars and mix just until combined.
  4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the cooled mixture into the pan.
  5. Press into the edges of the pan and top with more chocolate pieces and remaining mini marshmallows.
  6. Cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut and serve.
  7. Enjoy!
